VTG Sterling Silver signet ring by A&Z Chain Company. In good vintage condition, but displays some age related characteristics (nicks and scratches, maybe patina).
I believe the monogram is PCR. But it may actually be CPR.

In my opinion, this item is in good vintage used condition. I have tried to make sure my photos show all angles of it so that you can judge the condition for yourself.
